She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything step by step, which I truly appreciated. Ivy and her team are so kind and professional! She really took her time during my first consult to make sure she understood exactly what all I wanted while prioritizing maintaining a natural appearance. Her skilled hands are fantastic at making services as pain free as possible, and I really enjoy her sense of humor. I had a small amount of lip filler years ago at another clinic to even my top to my bottom lip volume and felt I was due again. Ivy recommended doing a lip flip instead, I am so happy with the results and not having to use filler. Very satisfied with my forehead tox as well. Clinic is very clean and pricing is on par with the local area. Would recommend Spoken to friends!

First of all, I would like to say that Ivy is a gem! 💎 I had the pleasure of meeting her a few weeks ago. I didn’t know what to expect from the phone call, but when I went in with my husband, I was made to immediately feel welcomed, and she had a warmth Of compassion that I noticed immediately before being serviced noticing her way of speaking to her other client as she walked her to the door. She took me back into the room and begin to ask questions, and as I answered, she gave me also the ability to ask her questions and she answered in such a way that made me feel that My questions were valid. I appreciate the time that she took to invest in getting to know me before recommending treatment. The treatment she recommended was the skinny shot as she calls it. I can say that I noticed a difference in my energy. Initially, I was in search of anyone who gave the B12 shot. I can say so far that this was a good recommendation for me and I look to continue to see where it goes. I definitely would recommend Spoken Med Spa if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and cares about their patients. Thank you, Ivy. I look to see you soon!
